It still retains its correctly mounted - FACTORY ORIGINAL - bonnet lock platform mounted MG commission number plate - FACTORY ORIGINAL - correctly mounted - glove box mounted MG tire information decal - FACTORY ORIGINAL - correctly mounted driver's door jamb mounted MG Data and VIN tag - FACTORY ORIGINAL -correctly mounted dash mounted body number/vin number. This iconic British Sports car is a BLAST to drive and handles like a slot car, TOO FUN !! Please come take a look at and drive this BEAUTY for yourself, you won't be disappointed. Top-down fun THAT IS READY TO DRIVE, SHOW AND ENJOY !! At the heart of this MGB is what appears to be the FACTORY ORIGINAL - STRONG !! - 1798cc four-cylinder motor that is running well. The motor also sports a - FRESHLY REBUILT - factory Zenith Stromberg 175 CD2 carburetor, factory original MG valve cover, factory original air cleaner housing/breather, factory original intake manifold and factory original exhaust manifold. Sounds GREAT too with the custom Monza exhaust system. The engine is backed by a SMOOTH - four speed transmission that also functions well. The FACTORY ORIGINAL !! Black MGB, bucket seat interior is in good condition for being ORIGINAL including good FACTORY ORIGINAL Black front bucket seats - NICE FACTORY ORIGINAL Black door panels, good FACTORY ORIGINAL BLACK carpeting, NICE FACTORY ORIGINAL MGB steering wheel, NICE FACTORY ORIGINAL gauge clusters, NICE FACTORY ORIGINAL Black center console and a NICE Black dash. All of the ORIGINAL black rubber weatherstripping is still in good condition for being original. The DARK BLUE Metallic exterior finish is EYE POPPING BEAUTIFUL showing chips, scratches and imperfections but still looks bright, shiny and BEAUTIFUL as you can clearly see in the pictures !! This MGB Roadster comes nicely equipped including a NICE Black convertible top that was ordered new from England several years ago, Factory original 1977 MGB large color dealer sales brochure, FACTORY ORIGINAL trunk mounted luggage rack, optional classic tonneau cover and convertible top boot, working Factory Original gauge clusters including tachometer (clock is INOP), Brand new digital AM FM stereo with remote control and dual door mounted speakers, working heater and defroster, power brakes with disc's up front, left front fender mounted antenna, back-up lights and FACTORY ORIGINAL side view exterior mirrors. Several months ago, I installed a new, correct Lucas fuel pump in the correct mounting spot in the trunk. This MGB Convertible has the sleek iconic British sports car look and AWESOME sports car handling, what's not to love ?! The suspension and drive line seem to be in good working order as well as the electrical system. All of the Chrome and Stainless-Steel exterior body trim and moldings are in good condition including good FACTORY ORIGINAL Badging. All of the light lenses are clear, bright and in NICE condition. This is a NICE - DRY - SOLID - Idaho - High Mountain desert western car and it shows !! In my opinion the FACTORY ORIGINAL floors on this car are about as solid as your ever going to find !!
