1980 MG MGB roadster finished in Pageant Blue over tan leather upholstery. a 1.8-liter inline-four paired with a four-speed manual transmission. Equipment includes a new black soft top, original Tonneau and convertible top boot cover, Weber DGV down draft carb, performance exhaust manifold, Ansa Exhaust system, oil cooler, solid state ignition, battery cutoff switch, Sebring racing valences, European style road lights, real Minilite wheels with new Bridgestone Potenza 195/60R tires, Moto-Lita wood steering wheel, factory tools, jack, and original brochures.
The car has been restored several times notably in 1994 with a comprehensive engine rebuild and 2012 by Dragone Auto Restorations of Bridgeport. This includes: conversion to Sebring valences, new interior with wool carpets and leather seats, removal of side trim with all holes welded closed, strip to bare metal and repainted in original factory color, new suspension, kingpins, steering rack, brake syste, exhaust/intake manifold, fuel tank, new convertible top and much more.
Vehicle shows 84K miles but there is less than 10k on rebuilt engine and numerous new parts. Body and undercarraige has no rust. Registered in Connecticut. Current (and second) owner since 1985.
