This chrome bumper era, wire wheel midget sports bright red paint and recently replaced carpets and seat covers. I drive it daily in fair weather and get waves, thumbs-ups, and compliments everywhere I go. If you're worried about fitting into it, don't. I'm 5'11" 275lbs and am very comfortable driving it. Clean title in hand, drive it home.

That this car has had nearly all of its major mechanicals refurbished or replaced and is about as reliable as one of these is going to get.

The car had a rebuilt engine, new carburetors and electronic ignition when I got it and has always started right up and run great. In the three years I've had it I've made numerous changes, all with an eye on greater reliability. Among them are:

-New Hi torque starter

-New ring gear

-New clutch and ball type throw out bearing.

-Solid state voltage stabilizer

-Alternator upgrade from generator

-Replaced wheels and axles with wheels and axles whose splines are in excellent condition.

-New rear axle seals.

-Replaced brake rotors, pads, calipers, shoes, wheel cylinders, and drums.

-High ratio differential

-New gas tank

-some of the front end bushings are replaced.

-Used, but much lower mileage transmission
