1970 MG MG B GT 1.8l 4 speed manual transmission. Body very straight, solid rocker panels, lots of new items, doors, hatches operate smoothly, all glass good, some minor scratches in driver's window. Chrome very good, new hood trim, rear bumpers need re-chroming No less than 5 seasoned MG enthusiasts have endorsed asking price, OR, more. Engine / transmission: fresh oil change, filter, plugs, wires, cap, rotor, heater valve, v-belt, rebuilt Weber 32/36, choke cable, I believe there is a aftermarket camshaft, very responsive, strong runner, NEW throttle cable, heater valve cable, coolant change, new clutch, pressure plate, throw-out bearing, pedal return springs. Great pedal, strong pressure plate, for sure, no chattering, noise. New clutch slave cylinder, clutch master cylinder No leaks. Electrical: New battery, battery boxes, cover seal, front turn signals, back lights serviced, new brake switch, light switch, Fuel system: new tank, sender line to pump, points on pump, timing, rubber fuel line, filter, vacuum lines as required. Brakes good, solid pedal. Tires: new (1920 miles), rims reconditioned, new caps, trim rings (one ring is incorrect) Stainless steel exhaust, all new hangers. Body very good for 50, some blistering. ALUMINUM HOOD, O.E.M. LEFT FENDER ($1k) Under body: drivers side floor pan some smaller areas repaired, rust repaired at foot well (stainless patch, good for some time, VERY solid. Brace under seat rusty but solid. Passenger side EXCELLENT. Interior: new seat tracks, cushions worn, but, tolerable, headliner good, needs redyeing to look uniform, some of panels have been prepped for recolor ( paint over spray), all other cockpit panels good, 1969 door panels, replacement dash top, panels under dash not installed, radio delete, console good, NO CARPET. Painted floor / rubber floor covering. Rust in engine bay above foot well, left inner dash area, this is not uncommon. Leave it alone, or, wait until repaint.
