This very fast car was constructed by Monthlery garage in the UK. It was imported by the present owner. It is as close to being a J4 as it was feasibly possible to make it. The parts used were generally obtained from original spares. The body is of aero-grade aluminium having been fashioned with reference to one of the 9 remaining original J4's.No expense was spared by the London doctor who previously owned the car. The restoration took 10 years to complete and the car was hand painted in Bugatti racing blue. The present owner is a retired barrister living in Te Anau, South Island of New Zealand.He is now 74 years old as a cosequence has decided to sell it, hopefully, another enthusiast. The car is in new condition in every way. I am prepared to send the car anywhere in the world by container at the buyer's expense.
