1979 MGB WITH OVERDRIVE. Drives perfectly, Not CA. smog legal.

1979 MGB roadster with Overdrive. Recently rebuilt engine with around 36,000 on it. I've been putting a lot Into it, it runs and drives beautifully. Relatively new carpets, brand new clutch master and slave cylinder, new tires, dual SU carbs that have just been repaired, cleaned and reinstalled. will have new window installed in the convertible top, carpet kit for the trunk, new door speakers, new carpets for under feet (more durable and waterproof) this is a California car so there is virtually no rust. I've inspected the underside thoroughly. The worst bit of rust is on that little shelf in engine bay but it's all surface rust. I treated the trunk with por and sanded. Currently won't pass smog in CA. As it is, I know I could sell this out of state for $8,000.00 or $9,000.00 and the amount of money you would have to spend to get this CA legal should be around $500.00 come take it for a quick spin.
