• special factory ordered wire wheels...very rare for late cars
• The car was special ordered by a collector in Georgia
• Georgia vin numberGA66197 tag added for state rule on foreign cars in 1979

• He moved soon after to Southern California
• Second owner bought in late 1990's with @3000 miles on it
