1968 MG MGB

Selling both my 1970 and this, my 1968 MGB. Please, please take the time to read the description. That'll save us both time. That said, I'll be glad to answer questions from interested parties. Up for sale is my chrome bumper 1968 MGB. This is a running vehicle. As with any vintage British vehicle, there are bound to be electrical things that don't function. With that in mind, I removed the radio console to replace switches and rewrite. In fact, included in the sale in a new, OEM-style wiring harness from Autosparks in the U.K. I'd recommend a rewire job on any vintage British vehicle. Very simple harness and when you're done everything works as it should. No more tracing this system or that and trying to figure out where the problem is. So, what we have is a solid example of a MKII MGB. I see no evidence of any rust or replaced panels. The car had a nice enough respray if the original British Racing Green. Not a show car but the paint looks good and has a nice shine. Rubber looks good, the only thing I'd possible replace would be the vent window rubber. Chrome is good. Tons of receipts for work done about 8K miles ago. Engine was rebuilt. Read the description in the photos that lists what was done. While I've done the best I can to describe the car I am no expert. The car is being sold 'as-is' and it is the buyers responsibility to inspect the vehicle and I strongly suggest that you do. I will be adding some photos and more to the description. I've purchased a new dash pad as the one in the car has one small crack. I'm just picky, I guess. I've added a new battery and have several spares from vendors that go along with the car including a new carpet set and tonneau cover (not installed). I'm probably forgetting some things and I will add them as I come up with them.
