Nice tires, newer brakes all around so this car is ready to go! Comes with a cover, but this is definitely a fair weather car with no top or hood. THIS CAR MUST BE PICKED UP IN FAYETTEVILLE NORTH CAROLINA. If you have a truck or SUV with a hitc, this car already has tow bar brackets mounted to the front bumper. You can buy a tow bar, hook it up and go! A tow bar may be available on site for a small fee if you don't have one. I reserve the right to cancel bids and end the auction early if interest is not sufficient, so please use eBay's proxy bidding service to show your interest. Make sure this car is legal for you to drive on your public roadways BEFORE you bid. Vehicles over 10 years old are exempt from mileage disclosure and true mileage is not known on this little Brit rod.

I am required by Wisconsin law to be a registered dealer so you will need to complete all forms required by the state and pay for the car prior to arranging delivery. If you are a Wisconsin resident, you will need to pay all title fees and sales tax as well. Out of state buyers will receive the clear title after the car is paid and picked up. Out of state buyers will pay tax and fees required their your home state. If you are a Wisconsin resident, I'll send the title in for you as/if required by law. All buyers will pay a $195 dealer service fee in addition to the purchase price. Buyer agrees to pay the non-refundable deposit amount under all circumstances. Balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days after sale.
TERMS: I will accept paypal for the deposit only. Balance must be paid via cashier's check or wire transfer no later than 7 days after auction close. No cash at pick up, car must be prepaid prior to arranging pick up or transport. Car needs to be picked up within 14 days of auction end or storage fees of $10 daily will commence on the 15th day. A mutually agreeable date and time must be arranged. Car will be picked up in Fayetteville, North Carolina. This car comes with no warranty, express or implied.
