4 speed transmission is original, I think it has a 1.8 Litre original motor. clear title. Trans works fine new clutch rebuilt cylinder.
Engine ran nice when I drove it afew months before my son bought it. then it sat for too long and the gas went bad. we changed the gas and put in agas treatment but the float in the tank seems to be stuck as a result of putting the hose down the tank.
This is my sons car, he got it from a family friend who has an auto shop he did a lot of work on this car before we got it.
The car needs repair, the engine starts right up and runs, as long as you spray starting fluid in the carbs when you stop spraying it stops..
It is not getting fuel to the carbs, the fuel filter is empty so something from that point back to the tank. The car ran when the previous owner had it but it sat for a while, he told us to change the gas and it should run fine. My son shoved a hose in the tank to drain it and may have jammed the float or something in the tank not sure but it does start right up when primed and runs as long as you keep spraying fuel into the carb. Drivers side window handle/knob is missing
The car is complete and has a newer radio with a removable face.
