1980 MGB Restoration Project

1980 MG MGB

1980 MGB, needs restoration - just in time for your winter project!
This has been a daily driver for the last 15 years, reliable and a total blast, but it's tired and needs to be gone through from front to back. Here's what I know it needs:
Body work. See photos.
It burns/leaks oil. But it's an MG, so what's new?
Brakes are spongy (rear pads are new).
Clutch leaks fluid, but works fine if you keep it topped up.
Has vibration at over 50-60 mph. I'd start with new wheels and tires, but that's just me.
It may have a head gasket leak - see the photo.
The seat foam need to be replaced.
I put a new top on it last winter.
I've got to move this before the winter since I have no indoor storage, and really don't have time for the project. Title in hand.
