1962 MG MGA 1600 Mrk II

ForSale is a beautiful 1962 MGA 1600 Mark 2. I bought this rust free, alifornia, lack plate car from a local mechanic. It was a very nice Sky Blue color that was showing its age, ith original black leather interior. I spent the next 8 months stripping it down to bare metal and changing the color to a stunning dark blue pearl with beautiful tan leather interior. There wasabsolutely zero rust anywhere on the car. Ireplaced all of the rubber and chrome trim and re-chromed the original bumpers andover riders. I put in a new, ear correct, ll metal grill and replaced the 48 spoke painted wheels with 72 spoke chrome wire wheels with new Goodyear tubeless tires. I upgraded the electrical system to an alternator with new twin negative ground batteries. The exhaust system has beencompletely updated with new exhaust pipes, sweet sounding muffler and new tail pipe. The car has a new Robbins top that is tucked away behind the seats, ut it never goes up since the car only goes out of the garage only top down days. It also has a new black tonneaucover. The car starts easily and runs, racks, nd drives smoothly. I recently rebuilt the master and slave cylinders and the replaced the front disc brake pads and rear shoes.You will have to look hard to find a nicer driver, he car is for sale locally and I reserve the right to end the auction at any time should it sell prior to the close of the auction.
