1972 Mercury Cougar convertible-in the last two years, upgraded to LED taillight bulbs with a new taillight sequential unit. New fuel pump, with rebuilt carb, new water pump and hoses, timing chain, front and rear brakes. Front suspension rebuilt, including inner and outer tie rod ends, lower control arms with ball joints, upper ball joints, front shocks. New radiator. Cooper Cobra P235/60 R15 tires mounted on American Racing Magnum 500 wheels. Mercury made 1,929 XR-7 convertibles in 1972, only 160 with this paint and trim code. The body has been repainted, but no other body work restoration that is known. Floor pans and trunk appear to be rust free. Original A/C unit in the car, but not working. Convertible top does not have any rips or tears and goes up and down with no problems.
