1970 Mercury Marquis Convertible. 89,000 miles. 429 V8 engine. We know the miles are correct because this car was purchased in the 1970's by my grandfather when it was just a few years old. I installed a rebuilt 429 Engine and had the transmission rebuilt. New 4 barrel Edelbrock Carburetor. New aluminum radiator. New belts, hoses, and all ignition parts. New power steering lines. This is a factory A/C car and it blows cold. New tires. New exhaust. New shocks. All new brake lines, calipers, wheel cylinders, and master cylinder. New fuel pump and new gas tank with new fuel gauge sending unit. All the seats were pulled out and repaired. New carpet was installed and dash pad was recovered. The interior on this car is in very nice condition. Power top works great. Everything mechanical on this car has been gone through and it is excellent running condition. There has been some rust repair done on the car back in the 70's, but it is still a very presentable driver.
