Purchased from the original owner, this two owner car has never been in snowy weather, and has been garaged and covered since the day it was brought home new. The car was rustproofed by the dealer before delivery and has zero rust anywhere.
37,242 original miles, most of which were highway miles between Ohio and Florida.
The vehicle is well equipped with the full power package (steering, brakes, windows, locks, seats, antenna). Mercury's largest engine, the 460 cubic inch V-8, sits under the hood. The original silver paint shines like new with beautiful trim, silver vinyl top, and factory pin striping. The interior is burgundy leather, with no wear, tears, or cracks in the upholstery or carpet. Original spare tire, never removed from it's mount, is still in the trunk. The air conditioning has been converted to 134A and the factory original compressor is boxed and in the trunk. Other than the usual maintenance items (tires, battery, fluids, etc...) the car is completely original and still retains all the stickers and markings from the assembly line almost 41 years ago.
