Mercury Comet Calinete 289 with 3 speed auto

1967 Mercury Comet Caliente

one Mercury Comet Calinete with 289 and 3 speed column shifted auto. Engine is a standard 2 barrel with an Edelbrock 4 barrel intake and 600 cfm Holley carb with electric choke and headers. I did not do any engine work except change oil. Recently had rear diff oil seals and new bearings along with new Mosher axles and Eaton Gear "Detroit Locker" differential and 3.50 gears installed, previously had 2.79. Someone installed line lock before I took over ownership. Car starts up and runs very well. Has Pertronix points eliminator kit along with aftermarket coil. Car is clean inside and out. no rips in vinyl seats but has small dry spot on dash over radio speaker, previously an Ohio car, never driven in rain or snow. Tires are very good, rims are older but still look nice.....some pitting on front and rear bumpers but still look good. headliner is slightly loose towards driver side from a loose rod not being tight. All lights and gauges work but seat belt light stays on. Heater works great. Has dual master cylinders, drum brakes all around. Non- power brakes. car is a looker and moves out once warmed up. Just recently passed NY state inspection and currently is registered in NY state. I have registration and can provide a bill ofsale.car is straight and clean. maybe some dust but that's it.
