1973 Mercury Cougar Convertible

Just in time for summer, a well maintained XR-7 convertible in the rare yellow-back color combo. I bought this cool cruiser from the family of the original owner who meticulously cared for it. There were only 3,165 of these convertibles made with 1973 being the last convertibles by Ford for a long time.
It had a mild restoration, (because that's all it needed) about 15k ago, which included;

• Rebuild of original 351 Cleveland including- heads, rings, camshaft, rockers, crankshaft, radiator, new manual choke Holley 2Vcarb., Chrome dressup kit. All documented.
• Complete new exhaust system
• New brakes including calipers, lines, master cylinder, pads and shoes
• Restored seats and door panels
• Bodywork, Paint and new top
• Alpine CD sound system
• Plenty of tire tread
• New battery
• New shocks
• Heater core has been bypassed replacement included, horn button moved
