RARE 1950 Mercury two-door sedan, LL ORIGINAL, n outstanding condition.Mercury’s from 1949-1951 are often referred as the third generations who were made popular from films such as Rebel Without a Cause (1955) American Graffiti (1973) Grease (1978) and more. In the James Dean film “Rebel without a Cause” he drove a Black Mercury that was hopped-up portraying the cool teenagers of the era. His significant enactments and his custom Mercury became legendary symbols of the disaffected youth culture of that time; the car has become one of the most famous movie cars in history.
This car has had three owners, he last owning it for 30+ years. (Namesof the 3 owners can be made available to the buyer.) The car has been stored in heated and air conditioned garage and is rust free, n excellent condition. It starts easily, uns well and sounds great.
