THIS IS THAT CAR!
Those of you whom know what it’s like to restore or build a car can appreciate what this car entails. The powerhouse Roush 427 alone cost just shy of 30k dollars wholesale priced to TWC. Just imagine the cost of all the parts, aterials, ustom sublets, nd labor that it took to build it.
I can tell you that unless you plan to spend almost 200 thousand dollars and lose your sanity in the process, hances are you will never have one… Unless you have the opportunity of acquiring the end product at someone else’s loss.
We did and we are passing the savings on to you!
There was no expense spared in building one of the most iconic and truly revered, lmost feared cars to roll off Detroit’s muscle making machine.
We’ve seen many resto-mod Mustangs, amaros, hevelles, any Mopars, ut never the Big-Boy Double-Line Eating Mercury Cyclone. I’m sure there are probably a few out there, ’ve just never been fortunate enough to see one before this awesome creation. Nor did our friends and circle of contacts.
At first glance of the Cyclone you will find yourself doing a double, ven triple take literally turning your head off your shoulders in amazement.
There’s plenty to see and admire.
We have many pictures posted of this Cyclone, ront/back, ides, op/bottom, nside/out, nd underneath. We want you to see exactly what we see.
This car has documented beginnings dating back from its first owner’s info still on the warranty sheet on Owner’s Manual.
We have the dealer sales brochure for Montego and Cyclones as well as the dealer provided fold out flier depicting the Cyclone GT and Cyclone Spoiler and its vital factory stats.
We have in three different 3-ring binders the complete 1) Build out photo portfolio showing in detail every aspect of tear down of original car and assembly of the Cyclone it is today. 2) The Sound System component and install configuration and associated documents. 3) The receipts and correspondence file documents providing necessary resource information on what is in this car and how to maintain it.
The Cyclone started its transformation from stock classic muscle GT to this Roush Powered Bad Ass 427 R Spoiler back in 2005 and was completed as the first decade of the new millennium came to a close. Obviously everything is only new once and since the Mercury has been admired and shown many times though only driven less than 2k miles, ike a new pair of bright white sneakers it does have a couple marks. The driver’s side roof by the drip rail has a ding with a split on the paint (minor and easy fix) and the bolster on the driver’s seat shows a bit of wear from getting in and out (similar to those familiar on all corvettes). Otherwise the Cyclone is literally like it was when unveiled after proud completion.
A good friend of mine used to tell (brag) stories about how his big block Cyclone back in 1970would eat up anything thrown at him;
Top end,,, e was king!
Now I see what he meant, ut I too can brag the fact that not only top end but on the 1/8 mile I can rule as well with this car.
Professionally built and serial numbered as a Roush Supercar on its own...
We have loads of documentation, eceipts, nd the entire picture portfolio on the build process.
Want a unique and special car? Look no further...
True to its namesake of “Cyclone”
