You are viewing a Rare example of this 1977 Mercedes Euro Spec 280 se 4 speed with only 82,030 miles . 132,088 Kilometers. This is a 2 owner car since new and was brought to the US about 5 years ago. The car is Rare in every way. The Ikon Gold paint is stunning and is Show quality. No imperfections. scratches, ings chips etc.Car had a 15 k repaint 15 years ago and still looks like new. It looks better then most 2015 cars. The Black cloth is pristine in every way. The seats are firm and very comfortable. The door panels are pristine as are the carpets, eadliner and dash. Also the wood is like new with no cracking whatsoever. Inside you will find a fire extinguisher under the drivers seat. It's a euro thing.. The car does not have AC, t has power windows . Central locking system and of course the 4 speed manual transmission which shifts like butter and with ease. Start the car up and she idles very smooth and has great power through the gears. It has a nice growl between 2nd and 3rd and onto 4th This is a true drivers car it handles amazing and sticks to the road through the curves.Very tight suspension and handling. I just serviced the car to a very high standard. Here is what i did. The compression in the engine was done and all the cylinders read 160 lbs which is excellent and inline with new specs. I installed 4 new Toyo tires on the staggered AMG wheels that were on the car. New brakes, did the valve seals in the engine along with a valve Adjustment . New valve cover gasket and fresh oil change along with new oil and air filter . Fresh tune up including ca, roto, lug, wires and fuel filters.New Bosch Injectors, nbsp;I also replaced the steering damper and the shocks are also new. This car was babied from the start. It was owned by a enthusiast and taken to many show's in Europe which it was covered in magazines and won many awards. Finding a Euro Spec car is Rare and one with a great history and an amazing color . The paint on this car is exceptional and just screams out classic. The bumpers are perfect and euro style which are much nicer then the US cars. it has a AMG front air dam and AMG wheels . The wheels are real AMG 's Not a reproduction . The car has a nice ken wood CD player with remote, ey less entry with alarm. Inside the trunk you will find a full size spare tire, mergency warning triangle and tools. Now if you look at the engine compartment it speaks for itself. Its highly detailed and and show quality throughout. Look at the paint inside the engine compartment you can eat of it. No oil or grease anywhere. So if your looking for a car you can drive and even take to a show and be proud to own a Rare example of a Euro Spec 280 sedan then this is the car No disappointments . There is no sagging to the car its perfectly level.car is original color .. code 419 Ikon Gold metallic.I have a Clear Colorado Titl, keys with 2 remotesNotice i have 2 different type of air filter housings the Original black one and one smaller polished unit with a breather which works great at shows you will get both.
