Selling my 1987 560sl 88k miles. I bought this car off a famous family who was a customer of mine. Car has a salvage title. I was told it was stolen in 1988 and the interior was damaged during the theft. Since then it has been restored. The car comes with 1 keys. It runs and drives. The odometer stopped working last week. As I was driving it around town, I pressed the reset trip knob and from what my research says doing so in motion destroys the little plastic gear behind it. Odo was working when I purchased it. The car runs and drives. I have put in new spark plugs, fresh oil change, new plugs, and 4 new tires. This car needs work. IDLEs rough. These cars go for 25k on auction, I am looking for 11k obo, which gives you plenty of head room for restores to make it a daily.
