This car has a clean carfax and was purchased new by an owner out of Boston, MA. The second owner was a fire chief in Vermont who lovingly cared for it. It was then purchased by a dealer in Ticonderoga, NY who performed the following restoration work to the car in Nov 2020: 1) Resprayed the car in original Signal red color 2) Installed a new soft top 3) Reupholstered front seats ( MB Tex) 4) Installed a new Vinyl Black coverlay dash cover 5) Installed new brakes and rotors 6) Installed new lug bolts for all wheels ( I have the originals that were removed) 7) Installed a new battery 8) Performed necessary service. This restoration work, performed by the dealer I bought the car from, is estimated at $10K.

Since purchasing the car in Nov 2020, I have spend $5K in service and improvements (see records attached in photos). List as follows: 1) Aug 2024- Transmisson mounts replaced, Spark plugs replaced, Flexible joint discs/Propeller shaft, Gear shifter linkage bushings, Bilstein front and rear shocks installed, AC Blower motor replaced, Oil changed, Coolant flushed, Brake Fluid replaced, NY state inspection done, Passenger side mirror glass replaced with OEM old new stock(mirror glass had dulled with age).

2) May 2023-Replace hood insulator (under hood), Fix forward/ back movement of driver seat (lubricate mechanism, Oil change.

3) Aug 2021- New sunvisors and clips

4) Mar 2021-Replaced 5 courtesy lights including glove compartment, two footwell and two dome lights, Replaced most fuses, Perform oil change. Fixed clogged passenger side windshield washer nozzle, screw in loose driver side chrome strip on bottom of door.

A total of approximately $15K in work has been done to this car to bring it to a very good condition.

This car is ready for a cross country trip or to be proudly displayed at a car show. Everything works including the original Becker radio and antenna goes up and down. AC blows ice cold and Heater works as it should. Even the temperature gage (which is in Celsius) and dash clock work. The car drives smooth and tight. The engine is quiet and powerful. I have a video of the car going from zero to 60 from a cold start on a cool New England morning. I can email it to bidders as I am unable to upload it to the listing.

The tires are Hankook Optimo H724 of size P205/70R14 93T with plenty of tread left. I can give you exact tread depth once my mechanic provides that.
