Selling my 1978 Mercedes-Benz 230 (W123)

with gasoline engine. Pretty rare car as you don’t see many of this era Mercedes with the gas burning engine. I have owned the car for close to a year and have enjoyed my time with it but I feel I’ll never get it to where it needs to be and I have too much stuff sitting around so it’s time to find it a new home.

Pros:

New fuel pump

New spark plugs & plug wires

New fuel filter

Healthy inline 4 gas engine

Comes with both 20 inch wheels and tires (1200$ for just the wheel set new) and stocks

Cons:

No reverse. May be an easy fix may need trans rebuilt or replaced, I’m not sure

Car has a vibration at about 40 mph. Not sure why.

Car needs rear floor pan replaced, I have the floor pan

Unless your local I suggest bringing a trailer or rollback. Im located in toccoa GA 30521. Car will be sold with a bill of sale which is all that is required in GA for anything 85 or older.
