First off, I thank you for your interest in this beautifully restored 1965 230sl, I can assure you that you will be extremely pleased with your acquisition should you end up being the Lucky Winner. The restoration of this car is 95% completed with very little left to finish the job. The good news is that, all that is needed to complete the restoration, are included with the sale of the car.

What was done in the process of restoration:

Professionally replaced all panels that showed any signs of rust or oxidation with new panels, to maintain the integrity of this car. No doubt, this car will last several more decades if properly preserved as you enjoy its ownership.

Brought the entire car down to bare metal, primed with top grade primer and carefully prepped for the several layers of paint that was applied to complete the body work.

Reinstalled all parts including a set of new Euro headlamps, replacing the America Spec set that was original to the car.

Reinstalled the engine after a complete professional rebuild.

Reupholstered the interior complete with Mercedes Benz Top Grade leather.

Polished all the chrome to a like new shine.

Installed a set of four new tires.

What need to be completed:

Install the complete Brand new Timevalve Stainless Steel exhaust system that was bought for the car.

Install the radiator.

Connect the fuel lines to the injection pump.

Adjust and set the timing on the injection pump for delivery.

Install seats on the floor rails.

Affix the spare tire in place with the bolt down bracket shown in the picture.

Install the new Soft Top fabric that was purchased for the car.

Reinstall the pedals

There may have been one or two things I may have missed, regardless be assured that all parts are with the car.
