Vehicle DetailsThis 500E runs and drives well. Engine wire harness was completely replaced, as the original insulation was made with organic material and was cracking. There are no dents, but there are typical small paint chips and rubs for it's age and mileage. Engine Bay maintenance included replacing valve cover gaskets, Oil and transmission pan gaskets changed and serviced. New battery and rebuilt alternator. Prior owner had to change out main instrument cluster, including odometer which read higher mileage than original cluster and overstates actual miles. Check engine light won't clear - had multiple Mercedes specialists try and refer me to a bulletin from Mercedes-Benz on a known bug. All related items to the engine codes were checked and are operating properly. The upgraded Brabus wheels look great!
