Vehicle DetailsRegrettably, I am selling my 1984 MB 300 Turbo Diesel. I am the originally owner of this great car for nearly 40 years and at this point I am just too old to continue to care for it the way I have over the years. This car runs like new and has a nearly perfect interior. The front seats have been covered with sheepskin covers since new so the front seats are as new. The rear seat is also in perfect condition. The car has the original Light Ivory paint and the MB tex Palomino interior. Like most cars of this type and age there are some minor issues that can easily be repaired by any mechanically inclined buyer or mechanic. The A/C has a minor freon leak so the the freon holds for only a few months. The A/C system has been converted to Freon 134. One hood spring is broken but is easily obtained and replaced. The Hirschman antenna is not working but the Becker Grand Prix radio works fine with the wire extension on the antenna. There is a small crack at the top of the dash. The underhood blanket has to replaced. It is readily available for about $70. The vacuum system does work and closes or opens all of the locks but it does not hold vacuum for a long time. The sunroof works as new and opens and closes silently. This is a great running car which can be driven anywhere or used as a daily driver. It gets approx. 30 mpg. on the road.
