1985 Mercedes-Benz SL-Class SL

This is a 1985 Mercedes 380SL. I purchased the car near Cleveland, OH, and I drove it back to Washington, DC. It drives great. The idle air control valve has been replaced, and the original is with the extra parts. Extra Parts: spark plugs, spark plug wires, distributor cap and rotor, fuel tank screen, fuel filter, over voltage protection relay, and engine oil drain plug. Original idle air control valve. Known Flaws: the 12V DC port is not working (a fuse blew). The CD player does not turn on. The antenna is off and in the trunk. The odometer stopped turning about 2 months ago, so the mileage will have to be considered TMU. The A/C does not blow cold. The piece of carpet against the front most part of the trunk is off and in the trunk. The trunk will not stay open by itself. There is bubbling on the front part of the right fender, and on the tip of the left part of the hood (I have captured this in the photos). The top of the engine fan shroud is off. The front license plate mount is held on by zip ties. Additions: there are two speakers mounted in the back of the car. I do not have a picture of this now, but I will post it soon. Deposits are nonrefundable.
