1984 Mercedes Benz, German built, gorgeous W123 series turbo diesel coupe. They made these legendary cars between 1978 and 1985, but only for the last 4 years with the turbo version. They are known to be the most reliable and enduring cars Mercedes Benz ever produced. You often find them with over 500k miles and still running well. This particular car is finished in "silver/black" MB-Tex interior. It is a stunning color combination and you hardly ever see them in this color. Since this car only has 171k miles on it, the interior is also still in great condition. There are no rips or tears in the seats (but minor wear & tear as shown in the photos),the carpets are clean and even the original wood is still in great shape. I do get compliments on it all the time. But the nicest thing about this car is the way it drives. It has plenty of power on the freeway and in town and it shifts smoothly through all the gears. It cruises effortlessly with 90 mph and still gets between 26-28 mpg (diesel). It has been well maintained and it shows. All the power windows work as intended, even the ones in the back going all the way up and down. The AC has been converted and it blows nice and cold with the climate control working well. The power antenna motor needs repair but this never affected the radio.This 300CD has recently been serviced (oil change & inspection report – available to serious buyers – please email me). I did take lots of pictures and they can describe the car better than i could.
