1990 Mercedes-Benz 500-Series SEL

Time capsule 560SEL Mercedes W126! I bought this to do a AMG motor swap, but this car is WAY TOO nice to cut up.
First, I purchased this car from the estate of a long time owner, car comes with a stack of records. Southern car, no rust!
Exterior is all original except some minor paint work on the right rear qtr panel, was told it was an impact from hitting the garage, I don't see any sheet metal replacement. The rest of the paint is in outstanding condition, there are a few minor dings I tried to capture in the photos. the pin stripe is slightly faded on the driver side in a few spots and there is a rock chip that has been filled on the front windshield. Trunk has the spare, jack and tools. (spare looks like it has never been used) Also has the Euro spec H4 headlamps.
Interior, is in great shape for the age. no cracks on the dash, headliner tight, no tears on the seats and only slight bolster wear on the driver side. The wood is in excellent shape with only one small crack by the window switches. Everything works in this car, AC, heat, all 4 heated seats. all power windows, both front power seats and this car has a reclining rear power seat! The only upgrade is a newer cd player radio, but I have the original radio included with the sale.
The engine runs strong and shifts smooth. Timing chains and guides recently replaced as well as front subframe bushings. The oil was changed less than 500 miles ago, 4 wheel alignment, wheels refinished and brake fluid flushed. Michelin tires have 50% life remaining.
