1966 Mercedes-Benz 600 LWB 6 Door Pullman, This is a very rare car. One of 42 6 door cars built. This is a highly desirable pre value engineered car which retains all the rich wood trim and chrome of the first edition of cars where cost was no object. I purchased it from Kienle who serviced the car at his shop prior to delivery to me with the goal of preparing the car for a cross country drive as soon as it was delivered to New York. I had a glorious trip non stop drive from New York to California and the car never missed a beat. The ride is luxurious and the performance very impressive for a car this size. The car is used regularly and has been maintained by Mercedes Classic, Star Motors and Herr 600 since the original build by Kienle. Included with the car is the optional bench seat for the middle row should you want to comfortably seat 6 in the back. Also included is the class II trailer hitch, optional Lorinser 18" wheels with integral tire pressure monitors and run flat inserts. A full entertainment system was installed with fold down monitors and 2 DVD sources. Integral K40 radar detectors have been installed as well as a modern Panasonic audio/NAV with bluetooth. Other than speaker cutouts in the door panels, no irreversible modifications to the car were made and all the original components are included with the car should you want to return it to original condition. Complete original documentation as well as factory workshop manual and parts books are included as well as a reproduction transmission workshop manual. Two complete sets of keys are included consisting of ignition and valet keys and a Kienle key fob pouch. All original radio andair conditioner console and wheels are included in addition tothe custom components illustrated in use with car.
