Fantastic vehicle much loved with lots of pedigree. Upgraded with Euro Style bumpers. Lots of documentation very original.

The car always starts on the first turn in any temperature and settles in a very smooth idle. The drive is really smooth with plenty urge and smooth gear changes. It cruises on the freeway at 70 mph effortlessly. The brakes are firm and the steering free of play.

I acquired this vehicle a few years ago from a Houston estate of an elderly couple. It had sat in a dry garage for quite a few years and I had to overhaul the entire fuel system to make it run perfectly. I have used this car for several years myself now and have driven about 5000 problem free miles. I have maintained this car meticulously and it is in perfect state. Always garaged of course.

For those that have done their research; the previous owner changed the single row cam chain to a dual row and tensioners still look light colored. The engine is very clean on the inside and has seen regular oil changes.

The following work has been done to the car during my ownership:

• To bring back to life (Jan 2017): New fuel system including new tank, fuel pump, fuel pump relay, filters, hoses, injectors and warm up regulator (all Bosch parts), including replacement of vacuum lines, plugs, cap, cooling flush, oil change etc. New set of Michelin Tires and a new battery. I overhauled all 4 brakes and replaced all hoses (Ate parts).

During my ownership I did the following additional work:

• Re-upholster of the seats in dark brown, including addition or rear seat and seat belts (original items retained and included in the sale)
• Changes bumpers to European Style.
• Overhaul of the AC system, new condenser, dryer and a new monovalve (HVAC now in full working order)
• Installation of aftermarket radio with Bluetooth and new speakers – tasty, not flashy
• Replacement of steering box with overhauled unit and new (Mercedes) coupling, realignment.
• Replacement of headlights with H7 for improved output and visibility.
