- Very rare 1986 Mercedes 560 SL, with a (6) cylinder engine - no, not a typo! This is a wonderful M107 roadster that has a 188 horsepower 3.0 liter engine that gives you VERY good mileage (18 city and 22 highway). Yes, it is a well taken care of gray car that has been federalized by Mercedes Benz in Germany. The mileage on the car is 70,360. This car has a five-speed automatic transmission, cold air (has been converted to 134), and power steering. In addition, it has Euro spec headlights and bumpers (they make it look GREAT). It has an original radio, power antenna, original paint, custom wheels, custom set covers, and a car cover.- I have stopped driving the car a few years ago, since i am in my 80s. This is a fun car for a person who likes to tinker with their cars, as it has no computer and is easy to work on. You won't find a better 33 year old car that is ALL metal and in as good a shape as this. If you are looking for a classic that will run GREAT for years to come, don't get into a V8, stick with the car that the Europeans bought to save fuel cost and repairs. People that know this car say it has far better weight distribution because of the 6 cylinder engine as opposed to the V8 model.
