Up for sale is most likely the nicest and quite possibly the only Mercedes-Benz 207D camper van for sale in the states. Only 16k original miles. This thing looks like it is new!! Just imported from Germany over a year ago where it was purchased from a classic car dealership. Currently registered and comes with a clean CA title. Runs and drives like a brand new van. Mechanical- Equipped with the famous 4cyl "million mile" Mercedes Diesel engine. You won't win any races but this engine will also never let you down either. Starts right up and runs amazing! 5 speed transmission shifts smoothly. Doesn't pop out of any gears. Tires are perfect. Brakes nice and easy. Does not need any mechanical attention. I would not hesitate to hop in and drive this thing anywhere.
Interior- Factory German Wohnmobilausrustung Full custom camper interior is in near new condition. As you can see from the pictures, this thing has been babied its whole life. No rips, stains, tears, smoke, etc. The interior is a true time capsule! Rear couch folds into a giant bed and super comfortable. Has stove, fridge, sink, porta-potty, etc. Really neat pop out side windows with custom screens / blinds. Super cool!! Has a really user friendly layout. Table and chairs also fold away to make a bigger bed. Lots of storage throughout. Propane heater. Lots of interior lighting. Roof skylight vent. Power inverter. CD player.
Exterior- Paint still shines up like new. Super shiny and looks good but has some imperfections as to be expected for a 34 year old vehicle. There are a couple paint imperfections that you can notice up close. Only two small rust spots but nothing major (see pictures). Rest of the body and frame are completely dry and rust free. Includes custom under bumper rear bike rack with tailights.
-Small rust spot in the interior side of the rear driver side window. Not completely through the metal but should be treated eventually.-Rust spot on the passenger side front panel. Bubbles in the paint on the surface.
