Here is a rare opportunity to own a very unique, imported Mercedes Benz 500SL with a very desirable color combo. The 500SL was the most powerful R107 offered and is now one of the most desirable R107 models. This car has a very strong and responsive motor. It idles properly and doesn't leak any fluids nor does it smoke. The transmission goes into gear with no hesitation and it shifts as it should. It has been non-op since 2007, so it is in need of a full service (fluid flush, bleed brakes, etc.). There is some play in the steering wheel which may be a result of the steering box being worn out, but I am not certain the cause. The paint looks great for it is age, but not perfect.
