1994 MERCEDES S320 (W140) (RARE) White

1994 Mercedes-Benz S-Class

Very rare 1994 Mercedes S320. It has been very well maintained. I am the second owner. I purchased it in 1996 from a Mercedes dealer. Since its a 25 year old car there are a few items that need mentioning. The door closer will only work for 4 times then it times out. The pump has been replaced several times. The driver door will not unlock with the remote, but no problem with key. All other doors open with remote, appears to have a vacuum leak. The transmission was rebuilt at 95k miles and at 175k miles. It has a new water pump, alternator, A/C compressor, evaporator, condenser, all hoses,expansion valve and dryer. Also the smog pump and MAF sensor have been replaced. It has lots of miles left on the tires and brakes. The battery was replaced in October of 2018. The suspension and steering has all been replaced around 25k miles ago. Recent wipers, oil and filter, air filter changed, brake fluid flushed. The motor mounts were replaced a year ago along with pulley idler. All of the window regulators have been replaced in the last 2 years, and the comfort control module, door lock vacuum pump, radio amplifier and power antenna. It has spend most of its life garage kept. I still drive this car fairly often, almost daily. I have most of the service records. Some have faded over time since some are heat sensitive printed. It's never been in a accident. It has a few parking lot dings, and a couple of small hail dimples. I have tried to be as honest about the car as I can, but feel free to ask me anything you might have a question about. Since its a 25 year old it no longer requires a smog certification. It passed the last one in July 2018. I have to say there is no warranty of any kind implied with this vehicle and it will be sold as is, it would be hard to guarantee a car of 25 yrs old, but I can say at this time there is nothing out of order beside the items mentioned. I am in my 60's now and need to start downsizing my life. This car has been a part of my life for a 1/3 of my life, so its like an old friend.
