Offered for sale, from KURT TANNER MOTORCARS, is this very nice 560 SL in a spectacular original color combination. This car was recently purchased from a seller in Florida who purchased this car a few years ago from the original owner's widow. The car has believed to have been garaged for most all of it's life and now shows 80,228 miles. Service history on the car shows delivery when new in Masachusetts and then it's last service in 2004 in Florida with 79,000 miles.The body and paint on this car is very nice and presentable overall. There are some small parking lot door dings to the middle of each door, but can be corrected. The paint presents very well with great color and plenty of glossy clearcoat, but upon close inspection there is the occasional scratch or small mark here or there. The hardtop has a minor scratch on the right rear. The hardtop could use new sealing rubber. The headliner is nice.The car's interior overall is very nice boasting a perfect crack-free dashboard, a good sign the car has always lived indoors. Seats, carpets, and panels are very nice to excellent, clearly showing the car's original mileage and use. The trunk is very clean still showing the spare tire, jack, and tool kit.The car is fitted with a new, beautiful dark brown cloth softop that appears to have never been used. It appears to still retain it's original windshield glass.Mechanically, the car is in very good shape, starting easily, idling nicely, running and driving fine with no notable issues (like most of these bullet-proof cars from this era and mileage).The car includes it's valet key, original delivery literature, service booklet.Overall, a nice car in rare and desirable colors showing a lowish 80k miles.
