All Factory Original "matching numbers" Engine/Transmission and exterior body sheet metal. All glass is Factory Original except for front windshield.

Runs Great! Nice and Smooth with lots of power. Perfect Highway Cruiser. Has had a complete valve job done in the past.

The only things that need attention:
1). Automatic Transmission Pan Gasket needs replacement. In cold weather the old gasket seal shrinks and the pan leaks Automatic Transmission Fluid. When I store the car for months without driving the transmission oil pan leaks out automatic transmission fluid.
2) Occasionally, when shifting in reverse the car will experience a "jerk" and "thumping noise". This is a very typical Mercedes Benz problem. Sudden jerk and Thumping noise while shifting into reverse indicates the need for the flex disc/u joint replacement on the driveshaft. It never bothered me since I purchased the car so I never got around to fixing it. It doesn't affect the reverse gear action of the car or driving abilities. This Mercedes Benz drives great.
I would love to keep this car but thinning out my collection of Classics due to the loss of two main storage car garage spaces.
