1968 Mercedes-Benz 200-Series

I bought this car 4 years ago with the plans to restore; but we all know how those stories go. Car does run and drive; but limited to about 30 mph believed to be due toa carburetorissue (dual Zenith carbs). All lights work, leather is in GREAT condition, shifts through the gears with ease, hard to find a radiator cap that will fit radiator, does have rust as shown in picture, doors open and close very well, tires are 3 years old (only driven about 3 miles with it).
