1979 Mercedes 450 SL Roadster

1979 Mercedes-Benz SL-Class

This is a 1979 Mercedes 450 SL Roadster that is in good shape. Runs and drives, stops and steers as it should. All exterior lights, blinkers reverse lights work. Engine runs at a constant 185 degrees and has good oil pressure. Transmission shifts nice and smooth. Interior is decent, but could use a drivers seat cover and driver door panel pull is broken. Power windows work and vacuum locks work as they should. Paint is decent, but would need a repaint to be perfect (some imperfections and scratches). Brakes work great, but interior warning light comes on periodically due to brake dust on sensor. Speedometer is 10 miles an hour slow past 40 MPG. Car has aftermarket CD player with 6 Disk changer. I have all repair records for last 20 years and it was serviced religiously. It just passed CA. smog 2 weeks ago and have clear title in hand.
