1978 300D, excellent condition, must sell!

1978 Mercedes-Benz 300-Series

This lovely car runs as good as it looks. It has a factory rebuilt 1982 engine, same engine except the later one takes the more modern A/C system. Transmission is also from an '82, better unit than the earlier design. Engine was fitted without the turbo set up for ease of maintenance, original turbo unit is available if desired. The list of recent work is extensive, including but not limited to tires 12K miles ago, brakes, radiator, water pump, thermostat, belts and hoses, suspension front and rear as required, valves adjusted, air and fuel filters, A/C serviced including new hoses, receiver-drier and expansion valve, new oil cooler hoses, driveshaft couplings and center bearing and more I'm not thinking of right now. Absolutely rust free AZ car, never wrecked.This is a rare classic car that can be a daily driver or a solid road trip car.
