1991 Mercedes-Benz S-Class

This is a 350SDL Mercedes "S" class with the long body style. It was purchased about 5 years ago in Texas. It is an almost rust free example and has been garage kept since then. It has had a considerable amount of work done to it recently.
The fuel injection pump has been professionally rebuilt, the fuel injectors replaced as well as all of the glow plugs. The driveshaft was sent out for rebuild with new ujoints, mid ship bearing and rubber flex discs. The entire front suspension has been replaced with new upper and lower ball joints, tie rod ends and shocks.
The leather interior is in excellent condition with factory mercedes floor mats. The Michelin tires are in good condition with about 50% left. The engine does not burn or leak any oil and starts quickly and runs strong. It has no rust except one small bubble area on the left front fender. It has a kenwood satellite radio. The air conditioner has been converted to 134A refrigerant and blows cold.
The mileage is stated as 175000 but shows 134000. The odometer lately has had sporadic operatio, the last couple of years and 175000 is a estimate of actual mileage. The neutral safety switch also at times causes problems when starting in park, always starts in neutral. Worn linkage bushings most likely to blame. The windshield washer pump has had some problems as of late. The clear coat paint is peeling in several areas, but paint is sound.
One photo clearly shows the solid condition of the body in the bottom of the trunk tire well. It has had no body damage or collisions. This car has been in daily use until 2 weeks ago. It has always been washed and maintained.
