1953 Mercedes Benz W187 / 220 Series. Only 11722 miles. Completely Original Barn find. This car was an original Texas car that was bought at auction in 1977. It was sent to Louisiana and the owner passed away in 1982. The last time car was driven was roughly in 1979-1980. Title is clear Louisiana title in current owners name for ease of transfer. It sat dormant in a closed barn since then. Unfortunately rodents chewed up the seats, but the rest of the car is fully intact. The key for ignition is not in car, but will possibly have by end of sale. Hood latch is frozen so we are unable to open to view engine. Right rear door latch is frozen as well. Left Front will only open from interior. Right front door, left rear door and trunk open and close perfectly. All trim and glass are perfectly intact. Original spare, jack and tire alignment tool are in place. Car will be a great candidate for a restoration.
