1989 Mercedes-Benz 190-Series

Offered for sale by its second owner with now approximately 138k is a well maintained 1989 Mercedes Benz 190E 2.6 sedan. Originally from Georgia, the first owner pampered this vehicle and enjoyed driving this graceful and safe sedan until she became unable due to medical limitations. Upon moving to the North East states the vehicle shows very minimal if any rust that I could find, no doubt as a result of being garaged and driven sparingly by the owner’s son.
I purchased this Benz from the original owner as a weekend cruiser for myself. Recent repairs within the past 5000 miles include new brake lines, brakes, tires, alignment, and a full tune-up. Engine and automatic transmission run strong and smooth, power seats, headrests, windows, locks, sunroof, and power antenna for radio all work as they should. The a/c is non operational and a dye test indicates replacement of one or more components may be needed to restore it.
A change of circumstances related to work needs now requires I sell the Mercedes. This classic and well preserved 190E would make a wonderful addition to any family or individual looking for a bit of luxury and refinement on weekend drives or daily commuting.
