Beautifull 1966 - 230SL
Strong engine matted to a very smooth automatic transmission.
New parts; high quality Soft top, SITGLA windshield,OEM windshield gasket,
ft KYB shocks, door gaskets, weather strips, soft top cover weatherstrip (horseshoe), trunk gasket,gas neck filler groumet,etc,etc.
The Tachometer cable quit working yesterday afternoon. Already order a replacement. All the gauges and lights are working. Radio and electric antenna are not powered, (maybe a fuse), I haven't checked. Solid trunk floor,(both sides).
Hard top is in very good condition and so does the Headliner.
Nice an original interior. Car is loaded w. 3rd jump seat.
Good tires, excellent brakes, suspension, ft & rear end, etc, etc. Very nice Hub cups and beauty rims. A very nice Driver. More than a nice one..
Yesterday I drove the car 120 miles on the Highway and a couple of hours in downtown. There was absolutely no overheating not a weird noise, nothing but the pleasure of driving under the Florida sun.
