1984 Mercedes-Benz G-Class
For sale is our Mercedes 250GD with 5 cylinder Diesel engine; 5 speed manual transmission, 2 diff locks (front and rear axle), the soft top was replaced in 2010, no rips or issues with zippers, overall very well maintained (see pictures for details). This vehicle was imported from Germany in 2011and it comes with a clean OR title. The windshield and frame can be folded forward, so it lies flat on the hood. Lots of fun to drive, specifically when it’s nice outside and you can roll up the side/back cover (or take it off altogether). Real head turner, gets compliments everywhere I go. Do your research. These are very hard to find especially in such good condition. We have a few other G’s and I don’t have enough time to drive it much, hence we are selling it, so somebody else can enjoy it.
Since ebay does not recognize the VIN (vehicle is imported from Germany); here it is: WDB46140117070673. This is an ex army vehicle and it appears to have first been registered as a 1984 after being retired from military service. That's how I bought it, since I cared more about the condition rather than the year.
The odometer shows 16,000km (approx. 9,700 miles). The underbody and frame are protected by Mike Sanders Anti Corrosion, see pictures, (I have seen G’s 30 years+ with this stuff on and they look like new!).
This G is titled under our name and all documents are clear.
