1990 Mazda MX-5 Miata

Selling my 1990 Mazda Miata MX-5 Roadster finished in a factory white over a black interior. It was sold new at Smithaven Mazda in Smithtown, New York, and optioned with air conditioning and an alarm system. I purchased the car from the original owner, and have added approximately 1,200 miles - it currently has 35,5XX miles. Modifications added by the original owner include an Alpine stereo, as well as Rod Millen sway bars, springs, and shocks. Service performed within the past three months has included the following:
- Installing a set of powder coated factory "Daisy" wheels- 4 new FP7000 tires- New brake rotors, pads, and rubber hoses in each corner- New spark plugs and wires- New stainless catalytic converter from Goodwin Racing (original cat had developed a rattle)- High flow air filter from Goodwin Racing- New fuel filter and fuel pump sock- Engine, clutch, and brake fluid flushes- Rebuilt alternator and new belts- New battery
It has a June, 1989 build date, making it an early example.
The car retains factory paint throughout and has no history of any accidents or damage. There are a few small cosmetic blemishes, including some scuffs on the passenger side mirror and a chip on the rear bumper. The convertible top remains original, and the zip-out window also has a few blemishes (it's still soft and pliable without any cracks). All gauges, lights, and interior functions work as intended.
The sale includes the original window sticker, factory books, old inspections stickers showing mileage, service records, and a clean Carfax report. Also pincluded are 3 keys, 2 key fobs, a boot cover, spare tire, and tool kit.
