1990 Mazda MX-5 Miata with ORIGINAL HARDTOP

I am the second owner of this car. The original owner owned it since new and put 131,000 on it in from new to 2016. It now has 141,262 since I've owned it over the past two years. The car is basically original however it was repainted about 10 years ago from its original red color. It has the original hardtop that was painted the same gold color as the car and is in excellent condition. The hardtop fits perfectly. The car has been garage kept over the years. The car has not been tampered with. The car is completely stock, and has only been repaired with manufacturer OEM parts by a professional mechanic. The only aftermarket part added was the front lip, which can be removed easily if need be. The only reason the following parts needed to be replaced was because of normal ageing/wear and tear. Have to keep in mind the car is 28 years old and parts do go bad, I.e. why they were all found and replaced. Also because of age, there are some very minor paint chips and dings, none of which are severe.There was never any wreckless or hard driving. The car was driven very gently.

Here are the following known issues with the car that have not gotten replaced. The air conditioner does not work, however it is in the car but most likely needs a new compressor or entire unit. The emergency brake is not working properly and needs to be looked into. The soft top is original, however it has a 5 inch slash in the side that has been covered up. There are also some pin holes in the soft top. The soft top does work properly and smoothly goes on and off, just needs a new top.
Based on the VIN search, there was one minor accident in 2001 in the rear. I did not know this until recently.
This car starts properly, is quiet with no squeaks or noises, drives very smooth and runs great. There is not issues with driving it and the gear shift is smooth and precise. I have the clear title.
