1987 Mazda Rx7 Big Block Drag Car

1987 Mazda RX-7

This car was built to be able to go to the track or drive on the street, The seats are factory rx7 seats and are in nice shape and comfortable. The manual windows are still in the car and work well. No Power steering. The engine in this RX7 is a 454 and is very healthy and runs strong. Motor is setup with front and rear motor plates. The car is set up with nitrous on a full throttle switch. The car is light and has the potential to be real fast at the track. The car was run many years ago by previous owner, since then it has had the motor freshened up. The car has a nice 6 point cage. TH350 trans. The rear is the stock IRS from the RX7. It looks like the car was originally silver. It is now flat black. It is not perfect by any means, This is a Race Car, not a show car. There are some chips here and there in the paint. It was built to go fast, not to win car shows. The factory headlights still pop up and work, tail lights and turn signals work, even the horn. The car has a custom wiring harness with fuses and relays in the glove box mounted nice and clean. The headers were custom made for the car, and fit like a glove.
