1979 Mazda RX-7

My Father bought two RX-7's New in 1979 and garagedthis oneits whole life. This RX-7 has Only16,000 Original miles. Limited Edition 5 speed, 4 cylinder A12 Rotary Motor.I have the original wheels that are very pitted. I bought these original wheels and they are in very good condition. New Tires, New reconditioned gas tank,New Battery. AC works well and cold. Cassette deck not working. Radio works, Antenna is upbut does not work or go down, cost to fix $280. Some scratches.Very light SURFACE Rust Only On a few areas on the Undercarriage. No rust in wheel wells.Some small areas of surface rust on quarter panels where the metal turns under toward the wheelwells. Some small areas of surface rust on bottom of each door. Small surface rust spot on frontbumper in one area. White paint on back corner bumper. A small dent just forward of back wheel that can be seen in one of the images. Scratch down one side, with some light small scratches throughout. Paint good to very good. Inside very clean. Door seals chipping and in fair worn condition. Side windshield frames worn, easy to paint. Windshield Very Good.The engine has only 16,000 miles on it and runs well, It idles a bit low, and stalls sometimes.I think it just needs to be ran and a tune up would make this a car that could last another150,000 miles! I had this on the road with an inspection sticker that ends this month and put a few hundred miles on it. Brakes, Transmission and clutch work well. Gears are very tight. Overall in Good to Very Good Condition. with Sunroof. Local Pick Up Only. Hadley Mass, 5 Minutes from Northampton & UMass Amherst.Clear title! If anyone would like to look at the car before they bid let me know!I'm told the low idling may just be a vacuum leak, which is not expensive to fix.
