1977 Lincoln Continental Mark V, 460/4, 44k miles, red leather, full power
1977 Lincoln Mark Series
This Mark V was originally family owned from new in 1977 to 2003, then the second owner/enthusiast took possession until 2023, now in my curated care. It's inspected, insured and driven with great pleasure regularly.It wears its original factory silver diamond fire metallic exterior paint and red leather interior which makes for a stunning combination. The interior is like new, no rips or scuffs of any kind. Full silver vinyl top that has some sun fade, but no cuts or scraps.Interior highlights include power seats, power windows, vacuum actuated headlights, original AM/FM radio, power antenna, climate control system, tilt wheel, side view mirror joystick controls, etc. The Cartier clock works intermittently. Also included is a vintage professional installed Solid State Electronic Auto Alarm system with a keyed chapman type hood lock.The engine is the larger 460/4 big block V8 with 44,137 miles, paired with a automatic transmission. Engine bay is super clean as you can see from the picture. The brake pads and rotors were replaced in 4/2023 as was the power steering pump. It has 4 new tires installed on the Mark V's beautiful turbine wheels/center caps. The trunk space is complete and tidy.It has a rare dealer installed transmission cooler that was added by the original owner new back in 70's with a custom Lincoln tow hitch that goes with the car. I removed the hitch and have it stored in my garage complete.The second owner was a long time member of the Atlantic Lincoln/Continental Owners Club as well as a publication contributor.
